The space
✨ Welcome to Wizard's Forbidden Hut Escape ✨
Deep within the castle grounds, beside the edge of the Forbidden Dark Forest, rests the humble dwelling of our beloved Gamekeeper. While he is away on a daring quest to hunt dragon eggs, he has left his home unlocked for travelers bold enough to enter. Gather your companions, mount your broomsticks, and fly on over—an adventure awaits!
🌙 The Grounds
Surrounded by two enchanted acres, the hut offers privacy and play. Wizards young and old delight in the covered outdoor living area with its Firepit Cauldron and enchanted screen, while the fields nearby are perfect for teaching little ones their first broomstick tricks.
🏰 Inside the Hut
Cross the threshold and step into a true wizard’s dwelling. Explore the Gamekeeper’s private chamber, test your cunning in his secret escape-room office, feast in the dining hall, or rest in the cozy living room filled with magical relics.
🌲 The Forbidden Dark Forest
Venture upstairs—if you dare! Four spellbound bedrooms await, each transformed into a corner of the Forbidden Forest. As you slumber, magical creatures keep watch: unicorns, dragons, and beings whispered of only in wizard tales.
🎲 The Gamekeeper’s Game Hut
Out back, a separate hut brims with wizardly amusements: bumper pool, darts, giant Connect Four, tic-tac-toe, chess, and more. Perfect for an evening of laughter and competition among friends.
📚 Magical Creatures Classroom
In the afternoon, class is in session! Step into the Magical Creatures classroom and discover what these fun creatures eat (hint: guard your shiny objects carefully).
🏆 Wizard’s Disc Golf Pitch
The day ends at the pitch, where 18 enchanted holes of Wizard’s Disc Golf await. Will you claim the title of Champion of the Grounds, or will the forest’s mischief get the better of your aim?
Scavenger hunt
Spend hours finding the magical Dragon eggs to see if you can become the guardian of the dragons, and only one person can win a special prize.
🧩 Escape Room Adventures:
1. The Vault of Shadows (2-Hour Escape):
The Stone lies hidden deep within the goblin-forged vault—but the Dark Lord is closing in. Use every ounce of wit, wandwork, and wisdom to crack the codes, unlock the magic, and whisk the Stone to safety before time runs out.
2. The Time Turner Heist (60-Minute Escape):
Our favorite animal is in grave danger once more! The Ministry is on the hunt and only the legendary Time Turner can undo what’s to come. But it’s been hidden—and the hut bewitched. Can you find it in time, or will fate take its course?
Hut Layout: 6 Bedrooms/ 3 bath
Main floor - Bedroom 1-King Bed (no stairs) full bath, office, laundry, living room, kitchen and dining room.

4 wifi only tvs that have your favorite wizard movies free and you can use your streaming services.
Outside- covered porch deck with tv, chairs, table and firepit. Gamehut with games and tv, magical creature classroom that also has a queen sofa bed.

Amazing stay — can’t wait to come back!
This house (Hut) hit the mark. Harry Potter everything. My family and I were extremely excited. The photos on the website does not give you the full picture or layout of the house. I can’t wait to go back, it was super clean and cozy. The game room was perfect!We were not able to take advantage of the escape rooms that are included with the stay because we were so busy but we are definitely going to go back. Thank you Nate, for this awesome experience.
Perfect birthday stay for our little Harry Potter fan!
Perfect for Harry Potter fans! We stayed for my son's 12th birthday. The house is amazing with so many fun details. We loved the escape rooms. Very clean, comfortable beds. Host is very responsive and friendly. Note that there is no regular oven (only a very cool antique wood burning oven). There is a stovetop, air fryer, microwave. This Airbnb may have ruined all future Airbnbs for our kids-- they really enjoyed. Don't hesitate to book!
Hagrid’s Hut was a dream — inside and out!
As you walk up to Hagrid’s Hut house it is impossible to comprehend the entertainment and adventures that await inside and around the property. The house is a true work of art, stunningly decorated with flawless Harry Potter-themed details throughout while still providing that comfortable feeling of home. The layout is perfectly designed for guests to do countless activities without ever feeling crowded. The long wooden dinner table was perfect for both family meals and game nights. The escape rooms were challenging, imaginative, and skillfully designed for all ages to participate, contribute, and enjoy. The fun didn’t stop when you went outside the main house with an amazing deck, fire cauldron, Hagrid’s Game Hut, and a secret potions room! They all provided hours of family fun making smores, playing darts, bumper pool, and so much more. Our host, Nate, was courteous, communicative and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Perfect vacation!
